Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance applications to facilitate efficient underwriting and policy issuance. Maintain effective control of accountable forms and gift cards, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations. Process policy-related requests accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and prescribed turnaround times. Ensure accurate handling of premium collections and disbursements while maintaining financial control and compliance. Provide responsive and effective assistance to policyholders and Financial Advisers to ensure positive customer experience and service satisfaction. Promote and support the adoption of the company’s digital platforms to improve efficiency, accessibility, and customer self-service capabilities. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and financial controls during supervisor absence. Exercise decision-making authority on selected exception cases to ensure timely resolution of minor servicing issues. The Ideal Candidate for the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least one (1) year of experience in life insurance servicing, customer service, or related operational roles. Relevant insurance or customer service certifications are an advantage but not required. Willing to work fully onsite at the Olongapo Office.
