About the role

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to handle visual design, branding, and multimedia content for our real estate projects. Beyond traditional design, this unique role includes supporting basic IT infrastructure and capturing on-site media, making it perfect for a tech-savvy creative professional.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets, marketing flyers, social media content, and architectural/site presentation layouts
• Capture and edit high-quality site photos, progress videos, and promotional reels for marketing campaigns and online listings
• Manage and upgrade office computers, including basic hardware assembly, software installation, system troubleshooting, and network maintenance
• Work closely with the real estate marketing and architectural teams to deliver cohesive branding and creative solutions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with strong design portfolios are highly encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in real estate or architectural branding is a major plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (Canva)
• Hands-on experience in photography, basic video editing, and social media content creation
• Basic technical expertise in PC hardware assembly and troubleshooting
