Associate IT Manager (Systems)

This role serves as a key position responsible for overseeing application support, managing system enhancements, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the timely resolution of operational support and project-related requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day application support and ensure timely resolution of system-related issues. Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation of technology solutions

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions. Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and project teams to deliver initiatives within agreed timelines. Monitor system performance, issues, and service levels to ensure business continuity. Support project planning, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and overall user experience. Qualifications: Graduate of Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent certification on relevant technical field

Minimum of 3 years experience in Systems Development, Support and Implementation

Strong experience in Java and Python development with focus on application development, automation, and system integration. Proficient in SQL Server, SQL, database design, stored procedures, ETL, and data integration. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and application-to-database integrations. Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization

Experience in software testing and quality assurance, including functional, regression testing, defect tracking, and Jira. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support. Ability to lead system enhancements, business process automation, and enterprise application support. Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and team leadership skills. Knowledge with any SAP support or ABAP programming is a nice to have.
