DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Systems and Monitoring –
• Responsible for the coordination, proper implementation and close monitoring of sales and marketing activities and projects;
• Develop and implement sales reporting systems/ templates specifically for:
• ü Sales performance monitoring and analysis
• ü Route and dealer performance management
• ü Productivity tracking of all sales resources; (man, truck/ route, glass, deals, tools of trade)
• ü Assisting the ASM and RSM in the implementation of a regular business reviews on a weekly, monthly and semestral basis
• Regularly attends Plant BRs to observe and identify highlights, exceptions and

opportunities, makes a summary analysis for Sales action and recommends other review templates, where needed

• Identify needed sales reports for submission to Finance, IT and other Functions

and to generate report requirements of management and Plants

• Sales Data Analysis

Timely, accurate and meaningful analysis of historical and current sales data

• In coordination with Sales Operations Clerk, analyzes and evaluates regular market survey, RTA readings and distribution results and identifies opportunities for action planning of Sales in each Plant
• Liaison with MIS in the development and implementation of useful electronically available sales monitoring system and follow-through with meaningful analysis that can help sales determine priorities, focus and opportunities for growth

ü Sales Force Automation (SFA)

Reviews sales performances and historical & current sales data and provides recommendation to SDAM, ASMs, RSMs and NSM to be used for mid-year and annual business planning and forecasting

Daily Admin Activities

• Prepares and records
• Sales Performance Report on a daily, weekly and month-end basis
• Daily Sales Operations Monitor per district, per brand and by package
• Weekly Plant Business Review presentation
• Assist in weekly Interface Report presentation of ASM
• Reviews and consolidates
• All RFCs, AFA/AFB, and other sales documents for processing before endorsing them for approval of ASM and RSM as to accuracy and completeness of information and compliance with policy and documentations required
• All RFCs on a weekly and monthly basis and RFC status reports are submitted
• Barometer reading, distribution and pricing compliance
• Weekly and monthly reports on sales and distribution performance, empties deposits, NOA updates, competitor’s activities
• Monitors, logs and checks
• Daily sales attendance, daily events and highlights
• Sales related Exception reports and action/ resolution taken
• Daily and Weekly itineraries of sales personnel and make a summary of actual

results versus Plan/ Objectives prior to checking and review of the superiors

• Maintains and updates
• Historical sales data
• List of dealers and dealer performances

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Must be dynamic, energetic, organized and a team player; good in oral and written communication; can work with minimal supervision; advanced knowledge in MS Office application and above average typing speed.

Education, Training and Experience

Graduate of any 4-year computer or business course with 2 – 3 years relevant staff support work experience.
