At least 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. BPO Sales Manager experience is a PLUS!Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in sales reporting tools and CRM systems (especially Hubspot), Tech-savvy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent record in coaching
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and corrective actions
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build strong client relationships and handle escalations
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
- Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on trends
- Collaborate with marketing for promotions and campaigns
