HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT - Urgent Hiring (Imus -Cavite)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.) in SM Center Imus. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding. The role ensures that qualified candidates are identified and endorsed within the required timeline while maintaining a positive candidate experience and accurate recruitment records. What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment

Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting orientation and maintaining records and information. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the HR database. Coordinates with PESO and conducts local recruitment activities

Liaises with university and college for schedule of career fairs

Onboarding

• Encode employee information in the HR database. Schedule new hires for onboarding and contract signing schedule. Conducts new hire orientation
• Issues uniforms and company IDWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s/ College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Development
