Culture & Retention: Drive engagement action plans, analyze talent trends, and champion an inclusive high-performance culture
QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Shared Services, BPO, GBS, or multinational setups. Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and performance management. Strong capability to influence senior leadership, coach managers, and manage organizational change.
