OSP Project Manager

Job Description: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of OSP projects, including Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH)​ builds, network upgrades, and maintenance operations. Coordinate with engineering, construction crews, and third-party contractors to ensure adherence to project

s and quality standards. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, NESC, and environmental guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Conduct site surveys to identify potential obstacles (e.g., permitting issues, utility conflicts) and develop solutions. Manage make-ready engineering and pole attachment agreements with utility companies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in communications, computer science, electronic engineering, or related fields

• At least two years of experience in ICT industry network O&M and management
• At least two years of experience in O&M team management or project management

Experience in mainstream communications equipment vendors (such as Ericsson and Nokia) is preferred. Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

• Willing to work in BGC or Makati
• Can start ASAP
