About the role
The Employee Relations Specialist will support the People Partner in managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. What You’ll Do: Conducts investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct. Supports disciplinary and performance management processes. Advises managers on policy interpretation and employee relations best practices. Ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Prepares documentation for labor cases and coordinates with legal counsel. Tracks ER metrics such as case volume, resolution time, and trends. Performs other duties and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned in support of business and operational objectives and requirements. What You Need To Have: Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in a large complex global organization with multiple stakeholders
Managed High-Volume Labor Relations. Administered end-to-end employee and labor relations processes for a fast-paced BPO environment, successfully resolving volume complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases monthly while ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory

- Background in law or currently pursuing/completed a law-related degree
