What You'll DoSource and engage top talent for a variety of roles. Build strong candidate pipelines and fill positions efficiently. Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews. Become the go-to expert for challenging and hard-to-fill vacancies. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding. Generate qualified client leads and support business growth. • Experience3+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Proficient computer skills

What Success Looks Like🎯 Complete a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to engage and qualify candidates.🎯 Schedule at least 40 qualified online interviews per week and maintain a 50% conversion rate.🎯 Generate a minimum of 1 qualified new client lead per recruitment cycle.🎯 Achieve 100% onboarding compliance for all successful hires.
