Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and performance insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze sales and business performance reports to support management decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive analysis reports covering stores, products, promotions, expenses, and other business areas.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business strategies.
- Assist department heads in implementing improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong time management, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to different stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
