Senior Product Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of digital and AI-powered products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with global teams, and is passionate about building solutions that create real business impact.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for digital and AI-enabled products.
• Gather customer insights and market trends to define innovative product solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver high-impact products.
• Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth through data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Management/Product Development.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing digital products.
• Background in insurance, consulting, outsourcing, fintech, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI-powered products, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat

GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Data-driven mindset with strong commercial and business acumen.
