Data Analyst (Python & Power BI)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, reporting automation, and dashboard development for our enterprise client setup in Makati. In this role, you will design interactive Power BI dashboards, write and optimize Python scripts for data processing and ETL automation, and perform SQL-based data validation across complex datasets. Key responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards utilizing Power Query and advanced DAX to track operational metrics, performance trends, and key business KPIsDevelop custom Python scripts to automate data extraction, ingestion, transformation, and reporting workflows

• Perform SQL queries and data auditing to validate large datasets, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a single source of truth across reporting systems
• Gather reporting requirements from cross-functional teams and translate business needs into actionable technical analytics deliverables
• Identify manual reporting bottlenecks and automate legacy workflows using Python, SQL, and Power BI hosting solutions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or BI Specialist role
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboard publishing, DAX queries, and Power Query transformations
• Proficiency in writing Python scripts for data processing, web scraping, dataset ingestion, or automated ETL pipelines (e.g., using pandas)
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction, data cleansing, and validation across relational databases
