Cloud Engineer

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, with a focus on cloud modernization, automation, GenAI, and LLM integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support cloud infrastructure across public, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and AI-powered workflows.
• Assist in integrating and optimizing GenAI/LLM solutions for business use cases.
• Monitor cloud performance, capacity, security, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and AI-related issues.
• Follow cloud governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud, GenAI, and automation technologies.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotation as required.

Experience, Skills and Education

• Possesses a university degree and/or 5+ years relevant work experience
• 3 years of hands-on Cloud Computing experience in enterprise environments
• Experience in executing and optimizing processes following industry frameworks such as CMMI, ITIL, or Six Sigma
• Experience in implementing processes to meet organizational needs at an enterprise level

Tools and Technology

• Knowledge of multiple major cloud platform hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, AliCloud
• Understanding IaaS and associated enterprise-grade tooling such as Terraform, Cloud

Formation, resource manager, deployment manager

• Programming and scripting capabilities with proficiency in multiple languages such as Java, JavaScript, YAML, Python, .Net, or other relevant languages
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Open

Shift, with experience in large-scale implementations
