About the role

Responsibilities: Create engaging Facebook content using photos and videos provided by teachers and staff. Edit photos/videos, create graphics, write captions, and develop other relevant content. Content is not limited to specific topics or formats and should reflect opportunities to promote the center. Plan, schedule, and publish Facebook posts as appropriate based on the center’s activities, programs, promotions, and marketing needs. Create and manage Facebook advertisements, including audience targeting and basic budget management. Monitor the effectiveness of posts and advertisements using Facebook insights, including reach, engagement, and inquiries, and use these results to improve future content. Proactively recommend content, promotions, and other Facebook strategies that may help increase parent interest and enrollment. Coordinate with the Center Directress, Center Operations Manager, and/or Center Supervisor, as well as teachers, to obtain information and materials needed for content. Maintain the Facebook page with consistent, timely, professional, and brand-appropriate content. Qualifications: Experience managing Facebook pages and creating social media content. Knowledge of Facebook/Meta Business Suite and Facebook advertising. Proficient in Canva or similar editing tools. Creative, resourceful, and able to develop content independently. Able to understand basic Facebook analytics and use data to improve content. Good communication skills and reliable in meeting agreed deadlines.
