WFH Publishing Sales Specialist

Our client is looking for a revenue engine for a growing publishing company to close semi-high-ticket sales through a combination of warm lead outreach and live video presentations. Every day, you'll receive 5 to 15 qualified leads, and your job is to convert them into paying clients by explaining the book publishing process, addressing concerns, and confidently guiding them to a sale. This role rewards closers who can consistently hit at least a 10 percent closing ratio and thrive in a commission-driven environment where your earnings reflect your performance.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Call 5 to 15 warm leads daily and convert them into paying clients
• Conduct live Zoom presentations to explain the book publishing process and services
• Sell publishing packages ranging from $1,500 to $7,500Build rapport quickly and overcome objections to move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain a minimum 10 percent closing ratio on qualified leads
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales
• Manage your pipeline and track sales activity consistently
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English during phone and video calls

Requirements

• Proven ability to close sales consistently with measurable results
• Excellent English communication skills for phone and video presentations
• Comfortable conducting sales calls via Zoom and phone
• Reliable internet connection capable of handling video calls without disruption
• Results-driven and motivated personality focused on commission earnings
• Ability to explain processes clearly and sell high-value services
