Role Description The Senior Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for gathering, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. The Senior Data Analyst will design and maintain data models, develop reports and dashboards, and interpret statistical findings to provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating data accuracy, optimizing analytical processes, and presenting results in a clear and accessible format. The role also involves mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the enhancement of data standards and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Statistics and quantitative analysis for designing tests, building models, and validating hypotheses.
• Experience in Data Modeling, including designing, implementing, and optimizing data structures for reporting and analysis.
• Effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience working in a data-focused or consulting environment, preferably in a senior or lead analytical capacity.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
