JOB SUMMARY:The Business Analyst – Power Platform & Process Improvement translates business needs into practical, well-designed digital solutions. The role works with stakeholders to understand pain points, map current and future processes, define requirements, and design, build, test, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, and hands-on solution development. Design, build, configure, and enhance Power Apps solutions aligned to approved requirements and designs. Design and implement Power Automate workflows, approvals, notifications, integrations, and

Apply reusable components, naming conventions, environment controls, security requirements, and documentation standards. Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards where reporting forms part of the required solution. Translate reporting needs into clear measures, data definitions, layouts, and visualisations. Validate data sources, transformations, calculations, filters, and refresh arrangements. Partner with stakeholders to confirm usability, interpretation, and reporting requirements. Document business rules, data definitions, dependencies, and known limitations. Expected Outcomes

Work collaboratively with Change & Excellence, operations, technology teams, process owners, and external stakeholders. Escalate blockers and delivery risks early, with clear options and recommended actions. Support demonstrations, training, handover, adoption, and post-implementation review. Expected Outcomes

Maintain complete solution documentation, including requirements, process maps, designs, test evidence, user guidance, support information, and change history. Follow GSI governance, information security, data privacy, change control, and release management requirements. Maintain an organised backlog of enhancements, defects, and improvement opportunities. Monitor solution performance and user feedback after implementation. Proactively identify and deliver improvements to owned processes and solutions. Expected Outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCERequired

At least two years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, Power Platform development, or a comparable hybrid role. Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements with stakeholders. Demonstrated experience creating current-state and future-state process maps. Hands-on experience building and supporting solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Working experience with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform. Experience supporting solution testing, user acceptance, implementation, and handover. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desirable

Microsoft Power Platform certification or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint solution design, connectors, environment management, or solution lifecycle practices. Experience in business process outsourcing, professional services, pharmacy, healthcare, finance, or shared services environments. Experience with change management, benefits tracking, or adoption support. Familiarity with project delivery, agile delivery, or continuous improvement methods.
