Join HGG Profiling Specialists Philippines, Inc., a subsidiary of HGG Profiling Equipment B.V. (The Netherlands), and help support our international sales operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Middle East, India & Africa (MEIA) regions.
We're looking for an organized, customer-focused, and proactive Inside Sales Professional to support the end-to-end sales process—from lead qualification and quotation preparation to project handover and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, and Logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and project records in CRM systems.
- Support customer inquiries, contract documentation, and project handovers.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, KPIs, and market data.
- Identify process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
✔ Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or B2B Sales is preferred.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔ Willing to work on-site in Bajada, Davao City.
