About the role
- Specialist, APAC/ EMEA Recruitment & Onboarding supporting recruitment and onboarding activities for internal and external hires. Key responsibilities
- Extend offer letter and labor contract for internal and external hires
- Initiate Due Diligence and see-through completion/clearance status for hires
- Perform system onboarding activities
- Data entry/updating tools/systems such as but not limited to TALEO, Workday, Salesforce
- Communicate updates to candidates, recruiters and/or hiring managers
