About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant with a strong background in US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join a growing insurance agency.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience handling insurance quoting, policy servicing, customer support, and sales assistance for Personal Lines insurance products. You will work closely with clients, manage insurance policies, support lead follow-ups, and help keep daily agency operations running smoothly.

This is more than a traditional VA role, it offers long-term career growth, with the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and play a key role in the agency's success.

Candidates with an Active Personal Lines (Property & Casualty) License are highly preferred. However, exceptional candidates with extensive insurance quoting experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Sales & Client Support

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist prospective and existing clients with insurance inquiries.
• Conduct follow-ups with new, existing, and previous leads.
• Schedule policy review appointments.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
• Support insurance sales from quote to policy issuance.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional insurance products.

Insurance Quoting & Policy Administration

• Prepare insurance quotes for Personal and Commercial Lines.
• Gather client information and required documentation.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
• Assist with policy servicing and insurance documentation.

Administrative Support

• Perform accurate data entry and record management.
• Maintain agency databases and CRM records.
• Generate reports and organize client files.
• Support daily administrative operations.

Marketing & Lead Management

• Assist with Facebook lead generation campaigns.
• Track and manage leads using CRM systems.
• Support follow-up activities to improve conversion rates.

Insurance Products

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Auto Insurance
• Homeowners Insurance
• Renters Insurance
• Commercial Insurance
• Life Insurance
• Annuities

Qualifications

Required Experience

• At least 2 years of experience supporting a US Property & Casualty Insurance Agency.
• Experience quoting Personal Lines insurance policies.
• Experience handling policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, or insurance sales.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Experience working in a fast-paced insurance agency environment.

Preferred

• Active Property & Casualty (Personal Lines) License.
• Previous experience as an Insurance CSR, Insurance VA, Insurance Account Manager, Insurance Producer, or Licensed Insurance Agent.
• Experience selling insurance policies from start to finish.
