About the role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our team at our TP EDSA office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will support the analysis and visualisation of business data, working closely with stakeholders to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for operational improvement. This position is pivotal in helping Teleperformance leverage data-driven insights to enhance service delivery and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools to track key performance indicators and business metrics
• Gather, clean and prepare data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies that inform business strategy and operational improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management and operational teams
• Assist in the documentation of data sources, analytical methodologies and business intelligence processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making initiatives
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or related analytical roles
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data warehouse principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
• Preferred familiarity with business process improvement methodologies
