Reporting to our Manila Director, you will be responsible for: Leading the day-to-day HR function for our Manila team and partnering closely with the Head of People and Culture, Manila Director and local leadership. Managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding. Preparing employment documentation, including regularisation, promotion and salary adjustment letters. Supporting employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes and performance management. Partnering with managers on probation reviews, performance improvement, people decisions and workforce planning. What makes you great in this role
You bring 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, along with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, or a recognised HR certification. You have a strong working knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR operations, and know how to apply that knowledge practically in a fast-moving business. You’ve had exposure to payroll, statutory contributions and HR systems, and you’re comfortable getting into the detail when needed. You’re organised, commercially minded and a strong problem solver who can balance a great employee experience with what the business needs. You build trust quickly, work well with leaders and are comfortable taking ownership of a broad HR remit. Experience in a multinational or mid-sized business would be a bonus.
