About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Implementation Coordinator to support the delivery of paid social media campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience across ad creation, campaign setup, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with our internal digital and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life — turning briefs into live ads, managing day-to-day execution, and ensuring results are clearly communicated back to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Build & Execution
- Create social media ad assets using Canva, following brand guidelines and creative direction
- Build, traffic, and publish paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g. Meta, , LinkedIn — training provided)
- Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, on time, and aligned with briefs
Internal Communication
- Act as a key point of contact between customer
- Provide clear updates on campaign status, timelines, and delivery
- Flag issues, errors, or opportunities early and proactively
- Reporting & Optimisation Support
- Pull and compile campaign performance reports in line with RMG reporting cadence
- Regularly Track key metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and basic ROIAssist with weekly and monthly reporting dashboards and summaries
- Support optimisation tasks under guidance (e.g. pausing ads, swapping creatives)
Quality Control
- Check ads, links, copy, and tracking before launch
- Maintain consistency with brand and platform

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
- Clear written communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Willingness to learn paid media tools and processes
- Desirable (but not required)
- Exposure to paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, , etc.)Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Experience with spreadsheets or reporting tools
- Schedule: M to F 7am to 4 pm PHWork setup: WFH
