General Manager

A General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. They oversee several elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and launching price promotions that could attract more customers.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field;
• A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Real Estate and Memorial Services Management;

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing, business development, real estate, memorial parks and services management;
• Ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long range goal;
• Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling of work assignments;
• Proficient in MS Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong organizational skills, which relates to prioritizing of workloads and showing a high level of resilience and calmness under work pressure;
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and can harmoniously work with customers, management and employees;
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written form; and
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity to be able to adhere to regulations and its total compliance.

• Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
