Background

MVP STUDIO is an innovative tech incubator building software start-ups with cutting-edge technologies. Alongside creating new products, we support new IT graduates and career changers as they enter the industry.

Our culture is people first - while we launch new products, we also mentor new junior developers, testers, data analysts and BI professionals to help them become job-ready.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications with the students
• Ensure students receive enough support
• Diagnose and resolve issues raised by students
• Follow up on student progress and provide timely support
• Educate students on systems, tools, and processes
• Serve as the main contact for support-related questions
• Maintain and update the FAQ knowledge base
• Assist with technical issues when required

Ideal Candidate

• Strong spoken and written English
• Strong EQ and interpersonal skills. (A likeable person)
• Excellent communication skills through instant messaging
• Fast responder on Slack and Discord
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of urgency in handling and closing support tickets
• Understand how software system works in general
• SQL query knowledge (Ideal but not a must)
• General Software Knowledge (Ideal but not a must)
• Testing Knowledge (Ideal but not a must)
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
