About the role

We are seeking a talented Full-stack Developer to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. Offering you the opportunity to work across the entire technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end systems and databases. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that serve our diverse client base. This role sits at the heart of our technology operations, enabling us to deliver high-quality solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Design and implement both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications to enhance user experience and system reliability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrable production work on both frontend and backend. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)

Strong back-end development skills with experience in languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions

• Experience with version control systems, particularly GitFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and web services architecture
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and agile development methodologies
