Sales Consultant (Remote and Night Shift)

• Job Title: Sales Consultant
• Location: Remote / Night Shift (B2B and B2C)Employment Type: Full-time
• Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, consultations, proposals, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools
• Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Identify new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling strategies
• Ensure excellent customer experience and high retention rates
• Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of sales experience with B2B and B2CProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and B2B/B2C.Experience leading small to mid-size sales teams
• Knowledge of the international English market (if applicable)
