IT Applications & Project Manager (Quality Systems)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT projects from planning through implementation and support. Oversee the performance, enhancements, and governance of Quality Management applications. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions. Drive application improvements, upgrades, and operational support activities. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and IT governance practices. Manage project risks, issues, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Support user adoption, training, and change management initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field. At least 8 years of IT experience with 5+ years in project management. Proven experience delivering IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Strong project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting Quality Management processes and systems. Hands-on experience with Compliance

Quest and Salesforce platforms. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) practices. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification. Experience with compliance, regulatory, audit, or quality applications. Background in automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated industries. Experience supporting global application deployments and digital transformation initiatives.
