Data and Sales Analyst

Job Description: To master WPD's standard operating systems, policies and procedures. To acquire and maintain sufficient and up-to-date knowledge of WPD products. To generate, prepare and analyze sales data based on per brand, region, province, city, part description, part number, model, customer, payment terms and other details that may be required or needed. To use statistical tools and software for data analysis and interpretation and/or develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data. To coordinate with sales and marketing team in gathering market research to understand competitors and market trends. To create and present visual sales reports (e.g. bar graphs for trends and dashboards for real time tracking), highlighting key trends and performance indicators and collaborate with sales and marketing unit to understand and analyze the impact of marketing activities on sales. To track essential metrics such as sales, volume, revenue, customer acquisition, share of wallet (share of BSB product to the overall products carried by customer) that are needed in providing data-driven recommendations in improving sales and marketing efforts. To monitor and analyze sales performance against target to identify performance gaps. To provide forecast future sales and set performance benchmarks. To consistently monitor and implement 5S.To perform related functions or other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior/s from time to time. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Statistics

Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as sales analyst. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and experience with CRM software. Good verbal and communication skills. Good Numerical Ability
