As HR Sales Trainer, you are expected to

• Collaborate with the HR team to assess the training needs of the sales team and develop relevant training programs.
• Design and lead training sessions on key HR topics for the sales team.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, etc.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and development of the sales team to identify training opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an HR trainer or in a similar role, preferably within a sales environment is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training to individuals and groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including sales managers, HR professionals, and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects while meeting deadlines.
