About us

Manna GTM is a GTM agency that helps B2B companies book more sales meetings through AI-assisted outbound, cold email infrastructure, and GTM engineering. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're adding a confident caller to turn our warm leads and prospect lists into booked meetings for our clients.

What you'll do

• Make 40 outbound calls a day to B2B leads from our prospect lists
• Qualify prospects and book meetings directly into our clients' calendars
• Follow up with warm leads by call, SMS, or email
• Log every call, note, and outcome in our CRM
• Handle objections calmly and professionally
• Send daily reports: dials, connects, conversations, and meetings booked

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
• Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent
• Comfortable with rejection, and you stay upbeat after a "no"
• Organized and detail-oriented with CRM

• Reliable internet (at least 25 Mbps), a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace

Nice to have

• Experience with dialers like Aircall, Just

Call, Kixie, or Orum

• Experience calling for an agency or across multiple client campaigns
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, staffing, or professional services
