QA Automation Engineer (Junior to Mid Level)

We are looking for a QA Automation Test Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the stability, functionality, and quality of our applications. You will work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps to implement automation within CI/CD pipelines and support continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing. Build and enhance automation frameworks to improve reusability, scalability, and reliability. Execute automated test suites and analyze results, identifying defects and root causes. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, and datadriven testing to ensure application stability across releases. Collaborate with developers and product teams during requirement reviews and sprint planning. Track, document, and report test outcomes and quality metrics. Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and automation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related courses

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Automation Testing

Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium/WebDriver. (Market shift toward Playwright/Cypress due to speed & crossbrowser capability.)Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C# for writing automated scripts. Knowledge of QA methodologies: test planning, riskbased testing, regression strategies, and rootcause analysis. Experience working in Banking and Finance Industry is a plus

Experience testing APIs using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Understanding of CI/CD automation and pipeline integration. Candidate must be willing to work fully onsite here at Makati City
