Senior Insurance Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative products that align with business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, experience within the insurance industry, and a proven track record of leading products through the full product lifecycle using Agile methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders, making strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and strategy through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on customer needs, business goals, and market insights.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements while balancing business value and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous optimization and enhancements.
• Prepare product documentation, business requirements, user stories, and other product artifacts.
• Leverage AI tools such as Chat

GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to improve research, analysis, documentation, and overall productivity.

• Collaborate effectively with US-based teams, communicating updates, priorities, and product decisions across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of total professional experience, preferably within consulting, outsourcing, insurance, or a related industry.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Product Management, Product Development, and Agile experience, managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Minimum of 5+ years of insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, including partnering with clients and business stakeholders to understand business needs, manage expectations, and deliver product solutions that drive value.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product management best practices.
• Demonstrated experience developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and working with cross-functional teams.
• AI-fluent with hands-on experience using tools such as Chat

GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI solutions to enhance productivity in research, analysis, writing, and product documentation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working US business hours from the Philippines with the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore US teams through strong asynchronous communication.
• Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time, including domestic and international travel as business needs require.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed environments is highly preferred.
