About the role
Manage inbound and outbound communications with patients, doctors, and internal team members. Verify and confirm patient eligibility for consultation services. Accurately record, maintain, and update patient information in the system. Collect and document essential medical information prior to consultations, including symptoms, allergies, medical history, and laboratory results. Schedule, coordinate, and monitor patient appointments in accordance with established procedures. Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries through phone calls, chat, email, and mobile applications. Escalate concerns, exceptional cases, and unresolved issues to supervisors as needed. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of patient concerns.

About you
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, healthcare setting, or customer service environment is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and courteously
- Computer literate and comfortable using digital platforms, communication tools, and basic software applications
- Willing to complete 15–20 days of paid telemedicine training prior to deployment
- Willing to work on shifting
