About the role
- Ensure that final costing of all Purchase Orders that arrived in warehouse are done timely and properly.
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports such as Peso Sales Statistics per Business Unit, per Technical Sales Representative and Client Ranking Report.
- Responsible for the timely computation, e-filing and e-payment of various tax returns including e-submission of required attachments of all tax returns.
- Ensure updating of summary of tax returns and ensure LAF filing of all tax returns with complete attachments such as proof of payment, e-submission validation acknowledgement receipt, printed excel report.
- Facilitate timely renewal of Business Permits annually
- In-charge with Inventory Management and Reconciliation per NAV and actual count
- Prepare and submit accurate Weekly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation in a timely manner
- Responsible for the updating of Master list of Accounting records and proper labelling of files.
- All other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Qualifications
- MUST be a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
- With atleast 3 years of experience in handling full accounting cycle;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
