INDUSTRIAL NURSE

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Industrial Nurse with 1 year of experience to support the health and wellness of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed. Manage and maintain the onsite clinic, medical supplies, and equipment. Assist in implementing occupational health programs and preventive health care. Maintain accurate medical and incident records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support workplace safety programs, including risk assessments and safety drills. Monitor employee fitness for duty and support return-to-work programs. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with valid nursing license.1 year of nursing experience in industrial settings is an advantage. Certification in Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP)Knowledge of occupational health standards and local labor laws is a plus.
