HR Associate

As our HR Associate, you will

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to job offer and onboarding
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Facilitate job offers, pre-employment requirements, reference/background checks, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring documentation
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future vacancies
• Assist with employee records, HR documentation, reports, and internal communications
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR programs and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offer processing, and onboarding
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and other sourcing methods
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig City
