Phone Support (Customer Service) – Australian Market

This is for an Australian-based business looking for a clear, confident phone voice to support customers across Australia. You'll be answering inbound calls, helping with product and order enquiries, and making sure every caller feels well looked after. You may also be making outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Taking inbound customer calls from Australian businesses and consumers
• Assisting with product information, quotes, orders and general support
• Handling enquiries professionally and in line with scripts and guidelines

• Escalating technical or complex issues to the right team member when needed

About you

• Excellent, neutral Australian accent (essential)
• Based in the Philippines with a reliable, quiet home office setup
• Strong experience in phone-based customer service or call centre work
• Clear spoken English and great listening skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, CRM tools and spreadsheets
• Stable, high-speed internet and a good-quality headset
• Friendly, patient and solution-focused attitude
• Experience supporting Australian clients or working with Australian brands (nice to have)
• Background in B2B customer service, building supplies, signage, printing or related industries (nice to have)
• Ability to work across core Australian business hours (AEST) (nice to have)
