About the role
Responsible for hitting the sales target, designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in partnership with the Project Manager, and building and maintaining a quality and efficient sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Inform and set meetings with sellers
- Design recruitment and sales rallies
- Schedule meetings, assemblies, and marketing activities
- Disseminate sales promos
- Organize sellers events such as recognition and achievements
Accredit sellers
About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1-3 years experience in sales and sales leadership
- Real estate industry
experience required
- Strong leadership skills
- Preferably living or near the area Asingan Pangasinan
