About the role
We’re hiring Customer Service Associates to support one of the largest healthcare providers in the US. If you have a background in BPO or healthcare accounts, this is your chance to grow in a dynamic, people-first environment. What You’ll Do: Assist with insurance updates, balance inquiries, payment plans, and refund requests
- Handle insurance follow-ups and non-billing concerns
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional, accurate, and solution-oriented
- What We’re Looking For: High school graduate
- At least 10 months of experience in a Hospital or healthcare BPO account. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong comprehension and customer service mindset
- Willing to work on night shifts
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Chat
