Accounting Specialist
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and/or bank reconciliations
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting/ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision
- Willing to work onsite in Legazpi City, Albay
CPA certification is an advantage but not required. 💙
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
- Process and monitor AP and AR transactions
- Perform account and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports and
schedule

- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Review transactions and supporting documents for accuracy
- Monitor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
- Assist with financial reporting and other accounting-related tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounting concerns
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager
