Job Details: We are hiring an L3 Technical Support Engineer to resolve advanced technical escalations, troubleshoot complex application bugs, and handle critical system issues.

• POSITION: Level 3 Technical Support Engineer
• WORK SETUP: Hybrid / On-site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and resolve complex technical tickets escalated from L1/L2 support tiers
• Troubleshoot enterprise application failures, network glitches, and OS-level system errors
• Create technical solutions, patch scripts, and knowledge base documentation for recurrent issues
• Collaborate with software developers and system architects to isolate technical bugs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
• At least 3–5 years experience in advanced technical support or systems engineering
• Deep technical diagnostic capabilities and script writing exposure
• Strong familiarity with database queries, logs analysis, and network protocols
