Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bulacan. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records management. Day-to-day tasks include administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will handle employee relations concerns, assist in performance management processes, and support training and development initiatives. The role also involves preparing HR reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with management to foster a positive, fair, and respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including understanding of HR functions and basic HR processes.
  • HR Management experience or training, with the ability to support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and labor regulations, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant and consistent HR practices.
  • Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, monitoring, and coordination with providers.
  • Personnel Management skills, including maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR documentation, and supporting organizational structure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR information systems or databases is an advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus.
