WFH QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper (MS Excel)

Overview Our client is looking for a QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper (MS Excel) to manage essential accounting functions and streamline bookkeeping operations across multiple accounts. In this role, your financial expertise will directly drive business success by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical financial records. It is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills within a flexible, high-impact environment. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and record journal entries and accruals
• Conduct financial reviews and identify discrepancies or issues
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Support ongoing bookkeeping and accounting operations across multiple accounts

Requirements

• Several years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Accounting education or degree preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Ability to work during required company hours

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and spreadsheet management
• Experience using Adobe PDF and related tools
