Experience

At least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in training and development or an academy-related role

Certifications

  • IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) certification
  • Train-the-Trainer certification, an advantage
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) certification in the Philippines, a plus

Academy Expertise

Demonstrated experience in training needs analysis, program design, facilitation, and evaluation

HR Expertise

Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Singapore and the Philippines

Technology Proficiency

  • Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System, an advantage
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and digital survey tools

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team

Strategic Alignment

Ability to align HR and learning and development initiatives with business growth and transformation strategies

Responsibilities

Academy Leadership and Learning and Development

Design and implement a strategic training and development framework aligned with organizational priorities. Conduct training needs assessments, review employee development plans, and consolidate departmental requests. Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions and recommend relevant digital resources. Coordinate Emapta Academy programs, coaching sessions,

s, and SharePoint records. Evaluate training effectiveness through A.P.P.L.E. forms and other performance measures. Administer the Learning Management System, monitor completion, and maintain training records and certificates. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Maintain the Recruitment Tracker, candidate database, and CV repository. Screen CVs, issue application forms, and administer PAPI and Gallup Clifton

Strengths assessments. Interpret assessment results, prepare candidate summaries, and endorse shortlisted applicants to department heads. Coordinate interviews, collect evaluation forms, and conduct employment reference checks. Onboarding and Employee Integration

Create employee files and coordinate system access requests with SFIT.Prepare employment contracts, letters of appointment, nondisclosure agreements, and IPA documentation. Coordinate Talent Induction sessions, HR orientation, onboarding checklists, and on-the-job training plans. Collect pre-employment documents and distribute welcome emails and new colleague announcements. Create Student Information System accounts, digital name cards, and business cards.HR Performance Management

Manage performance review cycles that align individual goals with organizational priorities. Monitor key performance metrics and administer self, manager, peer, and continuous reviews. Coach managers on constructive feedback, development planning, and team performance. Maintain PAPI and Gallup records in the Performance Pipeline. Coordinate 21-day, first-month, second-month, and third-month performance reviews. Staff Engagement and Employee Experience

Promote an inclusive workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Manage engagement, retention, well-being, and cross-cultural initiatives across the Philippines and Singapore. Administer employee surveys, analyze results, and prepare leadership summaries and action plans. Maintain employee

s and calendars, including the Manager-on-Duty roster, Staff Morning Line-up, and EXCO Lunch. Coordinate employee celebrations, greetings, vouchers, and other recognition activities. Publish HR announcements, policies, events, and learning resources through PAEI and Microsoft Teams. Compliance and HR Operations

Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore employment laws and Philippine labor regulations. Attend Edu

Trust, governance, and management meetings as required. Maintain employee lists, instructor records, HR trackers, databases, personnel files, and supporting documentation. Generate Teramind reports and prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, surveys, and meeting documents. Serve as meeting secretary and monitor assigned action items. Update faculty and HR website content and support other HR projects and administrative requirements. Offboarding

Coordinate system, email, and access deactivation with SFIT and other internal teams. Administer exit surveys and archive employee files according to retention requirements. Update the Attrition Tracker and maintain accurate separation records.HR Digital Transformation

Optimize Workday and AI-enabled HR technologies to automate tasks, digitize processes, and improve employee self-service. Analyze workforce data to support strategic decision-making. Implement digital tools that strengthen remote collaboration and HR service delivery. About the Client
