Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts sales and marketing campaigns to promote refinancing products ("Sangla OR/CR") for trucks and cars to achieve sales targets.
- Recruits branch partners, "Loan Consultants", prepare monthly reports on branch releases, and conduct product orientation for loan consultants.
- Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements
- With at least one (1) year work-related experience in sales; financing industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Sales driven and with knowledge of loan products, particularly refinancing - Sangla OR/CR.
