Mitsubishi Bacoor Motor Corporation is looking for driven, outgoing, and customer-oriented individuals to join our dealership sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, developing customer relationships, finding sales opportunities, and achieving targets, this position gives you the opportunity to build a career in automotive sales while earning through commissions and incentives. Applicants with experience in automotive sales, retail, insurance, real estate, banking, telecommunications, hospitality, or customer service are encouraged to apply. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.🔹

What You Will Do

• Sell and promote Mitsubishi vehicles through showroom, mall, online, and field sales activities
• Develop new customers through lead generation, prospecting, social media, referrals, and networking
• Respond to customer inquiries and turn prospects into qualified sales opportunities
• Introduce Mitsubishi models, vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and current offers
• Help customers with vehicle selection, financing applications, and sales

requirements

• Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective buyers
• Manage your customer pipeline and continuously develop new sales leads
• Establish strong customer relationships that encourage referrals and repeat purchases
• Provide professional customer assistance from inquiry through vehicle release and after-sales
• Meet monthly sales quotas and contribute to dealership sales objectives🔹 Who We’re Looking ForGraduate of any course
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Background in automotive, car sales, retail, insurance, real estate, banking, telecommunications, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident when speaking with customers and presenting products
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, persistent, and self-motivated
• Willing to learn automotive sales and Mitsubishi product knowledge
• Comfortable working with sales targets, quotas, commissions, and incentives
