Product & Tech Development Associate

Supports full product lifecycle and bridges business, design, and tech teams to ensure smooth delivery of product roadmaps and tech initiatives. Position Overview: The Product & Tech Development Associate will support the end-to-end product lifecycle —from ideation, requirements gathering, testing, to launch and iteration — across both product and technology domains. This role acts as a liaison between business, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of product roadmaps and technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Assist in the planning and execution of new product features and enhancements.
• Conduct market and user research to support product strategies.
• Develop and maintain product documentation (requirements, user stories, workflows).
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to improve product performance.
• Support onboarding of new partners, merchants, and stakeholders onto the platform. Technology Coordination
• Collaborate with developers and tech vendors to ensure smooth and timely implementation of features.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT); identify and document bugs.
• Help prepare technical briefs, specs, and project timelines.
• Assist in managing integrations with third-party APIs or services.
• Monitor post-launch issues and coordinate with tech teams for fixes. Project Management
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure alignment with the Head of Product Development & Operations on priorities and milestones.
• Provide regular progress reports and recommendations for process improvement. Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or related field.2. 1–3 years’ hands-on experience in developing websites, platforms, or apps.3. Working knowledge of front-end and/or back-end development (HTML, CSS,Java

Script, PHP, Python, or similar).4. Proficiency or familiarity with Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development.5. Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (Amazon Web Services).6. Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) development.7. Experience with Apple Developer and Google Play Developer environments for app deployment and updates.8. Ability to plan and create sitemaps, UI/UX flows, and wireframes for platforms and apps.9. Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and Canva for quick design materials and assets.10. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS), cloud environments, and version control (Git).11. Understanding of APIs, integrations, and database management.12. Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello).13. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical documentation skills.
