You'll be the reliable engine room of the HR function for a well-established, multi-site organisation that relies on sharp administration to keep its people processes running smoothly.WHAT IS HR SUPPORT OFFICER?As HR Support Officer, you'll own the day-to-day administration that keeps the employee lifecycle moving — from the moment a role is advertised through to onboarding, employee changes, and compliance record-keeping. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role at the centre of the HR function, working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Security to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?Draft job ads, coordinate vacancy postings, arrange interviews, and manage candidate communications and reference checks

  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation, and set up new starters across HR systems (including Rapid Global)
  • Coordinate onboarding workflows with IT, Security, Facilities, and Finance so every new hire is ready on day one
  • Prepare employment change documentation — status changes, title updates, reporting line changes, statements of service, and leave correspondence
  • Track compliance requirements, probation reviews, and performance plan milestones, and support audits and record reviews
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data across systems
  • Help standardise and improve HR templates, processes, and service delivery
  • WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Experience: Background in HR administration, shared services, or recruitment coordination
  • Systems: Comfortable working across HRIS and workflow systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Precision: Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data accuracy
  • Organisation: Able to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Discretion: Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Nice to HaveA Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus (not required)
  • Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site environments
